Standing with a medal as they fake your photographs; can't be anywhere else and to leave would be too crass. Going through the motions drowns out all your biggest dreams... climb the steeper mountains, scale the apex of your need. Sun shined Very blind Climbed out once the cave was mined, Oh so disinclined to wait and wait. Numb crimes Modern times Hypocrites sanctified Oh so mesmerized emotional state The beautiful truth oh the crude portrayal scattered like birds to the wind the remnants of betrayal The least i could expect from thee is pictures of your grace, that triumphant disaster buried right beneath your face. You sing to me peculiar strains and seem to be amazed that I can't seem to improvise soliloquies unfazed. Back up from the bottom of a well I heard a sound a faintly mouthed promise I had made and thought was drowned. Stay wise to emptiness and get to know your place; retreat from false imprisonments and self imposed disgrace. Oh my, winter night hidden in the summer sky, I don't like listening to the flowers freeze. I sold my blissful lie to be in your wistful eyes, don't cry and push me out, dry your cheeks. Who made you? Who made you so derailed? Shattered hearts learn to be rebuilt, eyes learn to see unveiled: The Beautiful Truth, oh the crude portrayal scattered like birds to the wind was it so distasteful?

Silenced 07:00
Silence. Why waste words? Forget them, I will always be on your side. The winds of change are blowing, you've only to decide where to fly. Take your fate to the oceans edge, forsake it to the waves and forget it, you're a gypsy now. You cant disavow it, you're through being bound to a threat. Trying to place all the pieces of a puzzle that has been laid out, it's a dance floor; dance off every regret in your bedroom when you hear that sound. Let's run away, not play it safe. Don't want to be stuck here watching them all play the game. I mean why wouldn't we fly? Everybody's down there while we have the whole sky! Start it: the last goodbye you'll ever write down with a broken glass heart. You're undead, you're a born believer a torn but exquisite work of art. You made your way through the past's parade somehow waving with abandon to the crowd. They're staring through you but you know what to do, you move forward with your head unbowed. Run away Don't play it safe Don't stay stuck here watch them all play the game. I mean why wouldn't you fly? Everybody's down there while you'll have the whole sky.

Sun bursts forth into wild skies sun bursts forth from behind your eyes. Salient dreams in a box of stars hold them close, you are what they are. Some may say you have reached your end but I know you can begin again. Come with me to the quiet isles, let me show you how to smile again. Everybody is dreaming Everybody's dream I was stung by lightning on the tongue waiting for the words to come like so and so on and so forth. Party's just begun. Coming down over everyone, like snow. Sometimes I think you're afraid to climb inside of the dreams you made. Come with me to the quiet isles let me show you how to smile again. Everybody is dreaming Everybody's dream.

Wake Up 05:16
There's a sly lullaby for me, sitting up there in that apple tree. It's been singing with me in my mind like a dream with me all the time. I believe in the light I see retreating, the brightest star still gleaming in your fiery eyes. I believe in your fiery eyes. Oh my heart gets tired trying to start a fire from these smoldering embers, once a wildfire, now a forgot desire I'm trying to remember. I'm tired of looking into false mirrors. I go deaf listening to the choir of fears, singing politely for their sensitive ears. Behaving rightly for invisible peers. I want to feel it: my violent heart still beating underneath the ceiling of a sympathetic sky. I want to feel it underneath the ceiling of a sympathetic sky. Oh my heart is tired from trying to start a fire in the pouring rain. I could use a frightening intrusion of the lightning again. What should I say to them? What should I have said to them? "I was lost and so I could not lose, all the mysteries were of no use." What should I say to them? "I don't need to escape someday, I am free in the triumph of today." What will we say to them? "I am not fighting anymore, a casualty of someone else's war." Oh my heart is tired from trying to start these fires in the pouring rain. I could use a frightening intrusion of the lightning again.

No Beginning 05:10
All will be fair in the end, all will be shared all will bend, I will fair well in the end my friend. All the seas are writing psalms, their see-saws sound alarms, the season's song decrees the law. Tying knots in ink and thoughts, until the finish line is crossed, all the dots are i'd the eyes are wide. Smiling treason needs a friend, all will be fair in the end all will be squared all the knees will bend. What will not be found is maybe not around, the art of disappearing in the art of sound: anywhere you want it to go. riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the last before us no one riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the only beginning before us no one I will be there in the end looking up around the bend, I will fare well in the end my friend. Tying knots in ink and thoughts until that finish line is crossed, 'til all the dots are eyed the eyes are wide. You might know me by my name, I am not my name, I do not have a name, my friend. We will not be found. riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the last before us no one riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the only beginning before us no one Bright light glows, The silent wilds know; the fires I light betray me what nobody knows. Tired heart sighs a choir of lies the pious thoughts are divided by science's signs. riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the last before us no one riot if you dare stop playing pretend we are the only beginning before us no one

Your candle is burning bright there's a soft wind tonight your sorrow is just a dare you're alright You're a dancer that's frozen in flight bathed in obscenely golden light a current flows through you with force your river is wild Did I Queen you? Do I kneel to you? I saw your light, you needed proof. Your heiress errant. The starry heights we shared in. I'm calling now out of thin air, the siren's song, beware the melody is dusty wine, a star's flair. Startled belief in time the silence of my mind sorrow is just a dare a blind mime. Did I dream you? Or receive you? I seem to be between truths. The heiress apparent, the starry heights we shared in.

Let Go 04:18
I was reminded why i couldn't find it: I was blinded by the light. I couldn't go out, I wasn't sure how. I wouldn't fight it, I couldn't disavow; I was alive, I am alive now. I couldn't stop it, I can't stop it now. I couldn't hide it, I couldn't fight it, day and night I couldn't hide. We were born wild and free, not indentured to some tired decree. You know I try to please everyone, I won't let you down. Beside me, you were right beside me. But I wasn't around then. Couldn't be found then. I wasn't minding my own bindings. I was on fire then, couldn't be higher than. You who was knowing me, you would be half of me. You would be part of me. You were the heart of me. Me with you blinded, you would remind me. You would be everything, we could be everything. We were born wild and free, not indentured to some tired decree. Though your eyes can't see anything, staring despairingly, you find your way through doubt. The stones that we throw break the glass of this town. The streets are like a museum, waiting to consume the young. I find my way through doubt.

We're going to start this thing from the end, we're going to start it over again We'll go round and round until we get it right and we will never ever give up the fight. We are standing on tomorrow's edge looking over the big ledge. And it's heavy heavy, you think you're heavy but you are lighter than the clouds. We can't go back because we're on the right track. No I can't say no, but I can say yes what you really want to hear I can only guess. What you know, what you say with your back to me? I don't want to disappear so completely. I want to be with you darlin' until the edge of night want to hold you in my arms, want to make you feel alright. I cannot lie, I don't want to betray (I want to be the person that don't look away from) the horror of the everyday, I want to see your beauty as it turns my way and when you turn your back upon me I can't feel it.

Frozen Wave* 01:12

Wonderland 05:21
Your past is kind, kind of like a frozen wave. You have always been so brave to live beneath its weight. Your future tries to dress in a fool's disguise while the wise fools improvise your fate. Our storylines have become so intertwined and yet i'm so disinclined to sit around and wait; I'm like: give you now to me You taught me everything that I needed to know, you brought me everywhere that i needed to go. Send the flowers to you in the smallest hours deliver them to you when you're inside of the house. See the lights, if you want to see the light gotta stay here overnight gotta be around. You seem to like ending all my hunger strikes drawing me in black and white then filling me out. then like... You caught my every detail and gave it a stubborn glow. You sought that holy grail and never let it go. I will not lie to you, because I can't. If you see the stars you see them with me, now. You will see the stars and you will know that I will not let you go. If you see the stars you see them with me, now.
